Govt. College of Teacher Education, Dharamshala, District Kangra, HPNational Rover Ranger carnival to commemorate 75th Azadi ka amrit mahotsav started from 01,July- 05 July 2022 organised by BSGHP in association with National headquarters in the auditorium of Govt. Degree college Dharamshala.
Principal Prof Arti Verma along with Prof Babita Chambial and Prof Reenu Chaudhary participated in this carnival on the direction of Department of Higher Education, Government of H.P.
Rover Lokeshwar and Ranger Rupali participated in this carnival from GCTE dharamshala.
Honorable M.P. Sh. Kishan Kapoor was the Chief Guest for the event and inaugurated the carnival at 6:30pm.
During the function participants from different states Jharkhand, H.P., Haryana etc presented their cultures through their performances.
